Through the forms on our website: your name, phone number and (optionally) email; the car details and photos you share in the "Sell your car" form; your message; and, for a short time, your IP address to prevent abuse.
3. Purposes
To get back to you, to prepare an offer for your car and handle the sale/trade-in, and to keep the website secure and free of spam.
4. Legal basis
KVKK Article 5/2-c (directly related to entering into or performing a contract) and 5/2-f (legitimate interest of the data controller).
5. Transfers
Only to the email, hosting and database providers we use for these purposes, which may be located abroad, in line with KVKK Article 9. [Lawyer review required.]
